To guarantee rapid delivery of your order, the Ileana della Corte shop relies on the best express courier, GLS , to offer a safe and fast service. Orders are processed between 9am and 5pm GMT Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 5pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

Delivery in Italy is expected within 24 and 48 hours from the time of shipment (excluding holidays). In all European Union countries, delivery takes approximately 2-3 working days, for the rest of the world the expected time is approximately 4-5 working days (excluding any customs clearance delays). To always have your order under control, access the "My Order" section from your account, from here you can view the status of your order.

Once shipped, we will send you a tracking number with which you can monitor and follow the status of your shipment.

Every purchase takes place in maximum security thanks to the use of the most advanced technological systems in the field of e-commerce and with coding systems (SSL) to protect your personal data and credit card information from unauthorized access.

In fact, the credit card data is sent, during the order placement, to Global Collect and is protected against unauthorized access through the encrypted transfer of SSL data ('Secure Socket Layer'). This data is not accessible to third parties.

Once you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Order Number and a summary of the details of your purchase. Remember that you can check the status of your order at any time in the appropriate section of your profile.

Purchases can be returned within 10 days of receipt, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

In the case of a broken or defective item, we must be notified within 48 hours of receiving the item by email or telephone; beyond this period it will not be accepted as a reason for return. You will then receive return instructions. In this case, shipping costs are at our expense.

The refund will take place after we have received and checked the goods.

Our jewels, even before the date of 01 April 2013, were found to comply with the transfer limits set by law, following sample investigations carried out on some specimens. Nonetheless, starting from that date, we have opted for the use of Nickel Free alloys to obtain absolute certainty that the aforementioned limits will not be exceeded. Given that the presence of nickel, for technical reasons, is only contemplated for white gold objects, we would like to inform you that:
· For precision-cast white gold objects, we use Palladium alloys, free of Nickel.
· For printed and/or lasered white gold objects, we use yellow-based alloys which are subsequently rhodium-plated, and therefore nickel-free. Furthermore, we inform you that the images of the collections contained in this site have the sole purpose of representing the products. Colors may vary depending on the screen from which they are viewed.
